PuffiCharms Shopping Policy
Welcome to PuffiCharms! We’re excited to share our unique products featuring original artwork and designs. By shopping with us, you agree to our policies, which align with European Union and Dutch regulations for small businesses selling artistic goods. Please review our terms to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from our shop.
1. Product Information
Each PuffiCharms product is created based on original artwork and designs, making it uniquely special. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but please be aware that slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur and add individual character to each item.
2. Payment Terms
We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, including credit cards, iDEAL (for Dutch customers), and PayPal. Payment must be completed before your order is shipped.
3. Order Processing and Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Options: We currently ship only within the Netherlands and other European Union countries. We hope to expand our reach to additional countries in the future—stay tuned for updates!
International Orders: For orders within the EU, customs clearance may occasionally cause delays, which are beyond our control. We’ll keep you updated if any delays occur.
4. Order Modifications, Cancellations, and Returns
Right to Cancel:
Under EU law, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel their order for non-custom items without providing a reason. This applies only to items in their original condition with all original packaging included. Please note that this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, which are non-returnable.
Order Modifications:
If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info.pufficharms@gmail.com. If your order has already been packed and/or shipped, modifications will not be possible.
All Sales Final:
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on custom-made or personalized items. All transactions on custom orders are final.
Accidental Orders:
If you believe your order was placed in error, please contact us immediately at info.pufficharms@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been packed and/or shipped.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at pufficharms@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Please note that items are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with EU regulations.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
PuffiCharms respects your privacy. We only use personal data to process orders, and it will not be shared without consent. Our data practices are GDPR-compliant to protect your privacy.
